Secure Device: Adjust the strap to fit comfortably and prevent slipping.

Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button for 3–4 seconds to turn on or off. The device starts at the lowest gear of the default mode when powered on.

Select Massage Mode: Double press the power button to cycle through modes: Soothing Mode, Vitality Mode, Sleep Mode, Integrated Mode. Each mode starts at Gear 1; single press to switch to Gear 2.

Adjust Intensity: Use the gear button to increase or decrease intensity. Switch to a lower gear if heat feels too strong.

Voice Control (Optional): Say “Hello Angela” or “Hi Angela” to activate. Give commands to switch modes, gears, or turn the device on/off. Voice control exits automatically after 15 seconds of silence.

Listen to Music (Optional): Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and pair with the device. Play audio through the built-in speaker for a hands-free experience.

Usage Duration: Limit each session to 15 minutes. Adjust frequency based on comfort and response.

Remove jewelry, wigs, glasses, and makeup before use. Do not use on wet face, hair, or in high-humidity or wet environments. Avoid using with eye masks, eye patches, eyelash extensions, or contact lenses. Limit use to 15 minutes per session; overuse may cause discomfort. First-time users should monitor their response and adjust usage accordingly. The device has a heated surface; users sensitive to heat should use caution. Prolonged exposure to heat may cause burns; use only as directed. Stop use immediately if the area feels too hot or if redness persists. Do not use if feeling unwell, feverish, or on areas with wounds, inflammation, eczema, acne, or severe sunburn. Avoid use if the device, USB cable, or charging port is damaged. Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the device. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Charge only with the included USB cable; do not use while charging. Avoid use near fire, direct sunlight, or in high-temperature environments.
